Shipping
- In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the US once shipped.
- New subscribers: your first order ships free with code WELCOMEGTA.
Pre-orders
- Pre-order items ship 4–6 weeks from the date you place your pre-order.
- You're charged when you place the pre-order.
- Changed your mind? Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Email gladtidingsacademy.biz@gmail.com with your order number and "Cancel pre-order."
- If your order has both pre-order and in-stock items, it ships together when the pre-order item is ready.
Returns — store credit only
We accept returns for store credit (no cash refunds). To qualify, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, no odors, stains or damage
- With all original tags still attached — items with tags removed can't be returned
- Requested within 2 days of delivery

To start a return: email gladtidingsacademy.biz@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and the item. We'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Store credit for the item price is issued within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting it. Original shipping isn't credited.
Exchanges
Drops are limited and we don't restock, so other sizes may not be available. Use your store credit on any in-stock piece.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
