At GLAD, all sales are final. As a small brand with limited inventory, we may not have alternate sizes available if an incorrect size is ordered. However, we do offer refunds for orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. If you haven’t received a tracking number, please reach out to us to request a refund.

• A screenshot of your order details for verification
Damages and Issues
We want every order to be perfect. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make things right.
Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items.
